Pricing

Diminished Value claims are handled at $250 base fee or 10%* of the settlement amount whichever is more and payable after the insurance company pays you.

Total Loss claims are handled at $250 base fee or 10%* of the improvement over the original offer, whichever is more and payable when we have a settlement arranged with the appraiser hired by the insurance company but before we sign the agreement with them. The insurance company will issue payment within a very few days time after settlement.

All other appraisal services = inquire.

*the 10% is technically an “enforced tip” similar to a restaurant menu “all prices include gratuity” not an actual percentage based “fee”. It is not fair to charge a customer we get $1,500 more for the same amount as we would charge a customer we get $15,000 more for.
